Stay active, strong, and connected with SilverSneakers classes designed to improve strength, balance, flexibility, energy, and more. There is no age requirement, and all fitness levels are welcome. 2026 Downeast Healthy Aging Expo

Older adults, caregivers, families, community organizations, and service providers are invited to come together for a day of connection, education, resources, and healthy aging. The Expo will feature community resources, networking opportunities, and a presentation from Jess Mauer of the Maine Council on Aging.
